His promotions included Business Development Manager and Director of Marketing and Business Development.
In 1999, seeking to expand his horizons, he accepted a leadership role with a service contractor in San Diego, where he further refined his abilities in managing and motivating large sales teams. After four fruitful years, he returned to JH Kelly, reenergized and ready to assume the role of Vice President.
